Multiple Months are also available or an entire season.
Off season rates range from $700-$975/week and $2200-$2700/month (Sept-Jan)
High Season Rates range from $1000-$1350/week and $2400-$3100/month (Feb-August)

Spring Break and Holidays in Ormond Beach and Ormond by the Sea, Florida
In addition to the rental fee there is a $300 refundable damage deposit which is refunded promptly after your stay. Most owners will accept payment with personal check if received at least 20 days prior to arrival, otherwise with cashier's check, postal order or money order.
Many Owners accept Credit /Debit Cards via PayPal.
There is a nominal service fee when using Credit Cards.
